Crochet By Kawaii Sloth

It's 28 days (I think) after i deliver a baby. Few days a I started a project while I'm free or feel sleepy. I use milk cotton yarn and 4mm hook. Here's how i made so far. I am so slow but i don't mind.

Oh my God. This is so hard to make. Assembling each body part is consuming so much time and energy. Look at the eyes, both shape are not identical For tummy and legs, i use glue as an experiment. But legs doesn't look good. The glue is visible and look so bad. Maybe i should try another type of glue. But it looks cute like me 😄 I use acrylic yarn with 3mm hook. 8mm safety eyes. And here's the pattern

Look what I've made today. A kitty plush. I use the same pattern from the previous plush but using different yarn with 3.5mm hook. I kinda like it! Here's the size for comparison. To be honest i really like this project because i don't have to assemble the body parts. So satisfying.  I wanted to make more. Hahaha. Here's a short video I made just for fun.

Amigurumi Kitten Plush done! Unfortunately, I don't really like it 😅. Everything seems just fine, until I embroidering its face. Owh noooo. I ruined it 😭. To be honest, embroidering amigurumi is my biggest weakness. I thought i do it just fine until it's not fine at all. Look at it. Why is it no cute? What did i do wrong. Is it the wrong size hook? Or wrong size yarn? Or less stuffed filler? Or what. I'm so disappointed. Okay, let's put myself together. For this project I use an  amigurumi pusheen pattern   you can get it here . Since i don't have grey yarn, I use orange pastel color of milk cotton yarn that available in my stash. I use 1 ball of yarn with 4.5mm hook and 12mm safety eyes. It should have arms and tail, but i don't want it. Let it be just like that. I think next time I'll try using 4mm hook and insert more stuffed filler. I really like this kitten, but not cute enough for me ☹️

This week amino challenge is kitten. I already submit felt keychain as the my entry. However i want to try making a kitten plushie for the second submission. Here's how it goes so far. I wanna make the similar plush as the keychain. We'll see how it turns out.

Finally made it! I saw this cute panda in YouTube and so eager wanna try to make it. Although its small but it took a long time and patience yo made since I'm not good at making amigurumi. My weakness always the face and assembling body part. I think i should just use glue for that purpose instead of sewing. 

  I've fixed the pink potato army mouth.  It looks better, right ❤️ This is one of the reason why i don't make amigurumi that much. I am suck at embroidery mouth 😭. The second reason is, i am also lazy and not good at assembling their body parts. However once you done it right, it feel so satisfying.

I am so sad today. One of our Facebook page : Pink Potato Army will be deleted forever. It's due to our lack of commitment to update new post that makes the page look abandoned.  I'm so sad because that page is so cute and the moderator is so nice too. She's the one who draw pink potato with different outfit and background. She's so talented. Since I'm so sad, i make this pink potato amigurumi as appreciation. Will be missing you so much, army.
