Crochet By Kawaii Sloth

I am very excited about idea of making sloth theme items for my etsy shop. Everyday after my babies fell asleep, I get up and crochet phone sling bags. Here i've done so far. Gorgeous 5 I can't stop making these. Planning to make 10 color. But I only use my stash. There are lots of them and i feel guilty to buy more if not use the one that i already have. So this is very good project to clear up my yarn rack. Actually, they are not finish yet. I need to stitch up button, face dan the landyard yet. And the lining? Not sure whether i shoul put a lining. Too much work. But I love it.

Yay, I made it. Granny Square Flower Bag is finished. So proud. Look, the lining turned out super okay. This is my masterpiece. Love it. It's for my mom. But i definitely remake it for sale.

The muslin fabric arrived yesterday. Already washed it and immediately making the lining of this flower bag. I want to make lining with zipper. It's not easy right? I don't know how to do it. Watch few tutorial from youtube and trying it. Hopefully it will turned out okay.

Yay! Complete crocheting a whole bag. I made 18pcs granny square. Add 3 rows at the bottom and sew it together. Then i add 2 rows at the top before making another 4 rows of handle.  Handle is 70 chains. Now I'm waiting for a fabric to arrive. Planning to make a lined zipper for this bag. But not sure how to do it.

I've stitch the bottom of the bag together. And now crocheting the handle. Wow, I can't wait to see it finish.

Joining granny square is struggling. I keep on trying different method many times. At last i choose this one. Don't know what we call it. It looks ok, but not so good. Done joining all 18pcs granny square today. Phew....

Done 18 pcs of flower granny square. Today I feel so tired and didn't get enough sleep last night. I wanted to rest. Let's rest.

It's day 4 and I complete making 9 more flowers. Time to make the borders. If you wondering why my progress is so slow, it's bcos I am taking care of my 1 month old baby (and breastfeed her) and a 3 years old toddler. Since a week ago, I decided to put a side my hobby and do it only during my free time to prioritize my children needs. So I am not going to set a goal or time to complete any task. Just crochet for fun and free. No pressure.

Today 9pcs of granny square for front bag is finish. Look at those gorgeous. Can't wait to see how it turns out.

There's no much happening in day 2. Thought I can complete making 9 pcs of granny square, but no. We'll at least I've finish making front flower. So beautiful.

Here's how the bag will look like. It will have 9 flower granny square in front and another 9 at the back. I'm not sure if 9 pcs is ok. Or maybe 6pcs is better? I'm having fun making these 🤗

While browsing the Instagram, I saw a brown jumper with white flower. It looks so beautiful, and inspire me to make a bag with similar design (and color). So here's the yarn and I'll be using 4mm hook. We'll start tomorrow.
